ALUMEC has been working for the completion of LAU Library and Administrative Building, Byblos, a unique and technically demanding project of 2 blocks, classified as green building. The project is architecturally challenging due to: (1) its inclined glazed curtain wall with 8 meters floor height, (2) perforated double skin 3D facade with silkscreen Phoenician letters, and (3) catwalks between the 2 facades. Phase 1 has been completed and second phase of the project is expected to be completed by October 2018.
