The metal factory production line consists of new universal lathe machines, model CU325/1000 mainly used for small glass accessories production and model CU500/2000 for bigger accessories and columns production.

In addition to the above mentioned equipment, a semi-automatic band saw is used with high precision cut allowing high quality end product and efficient production, and radial drills used for needed perforations.

The metal factory has also a stainless steel section equipped with all the necessary equipment (pipe notching, mig welding, stainless steel brushing machines…) in order to produce stainless steel products with any desired finishing.

The assembly tables are equipped with advanced FRONIUS MIG welding machines allowing high production rates with high welding quality.
