All received material, i.e. glass, aluminum steel, and stainless steel must pass through quality control to check if it is conforming to the norms and purchase orders. At every stage of the production, i.e. cutting, milling, crimping, and assembly, the teams scan the barcode of the items under production in order for the management to control the flow of work and its efficiency.
Once the production phase is complete, the finished item must pass through quality control. The first stage is done by the factory supervisor who verifies the executed item and records the results on the related QC form. The second stage is carried by the Production Manager who keeps on verifying or re-verifying until the fabricated item is totally conforming. After the finished item passes the quality control process, it is received and scanned by the store keeper for site delivery.
